29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  (a) Statewide Contracting LLC, failed to document abatement within 10 calendar days after the abatement date that each of the following cited violations had been corrected:  Citation 1, Item 1, a serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) with an abatement date of October 2, 2024.  Citation 1, Item 4, a serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) with an abatement date of October 9, 2024.  Citation 1, Item 5, a serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1) with an abatement date of October 17, 2024.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATIONS OF THE CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) On or about May 14, 2024, employees conducting tear off work on the residential roof with a 10:12 pitch, were not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 21 7/10 feet from roof to the ground below.
