29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). (a) On or about April 3, 2025, at 10833 S. Jessica Dr., Oak Creek, WI 53154, employees installing a roof on a residential home roof with a 10:12 pitch were not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet from the roof eve to the ground below on the left (south) side of the home. Statewide Contracting LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CF 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1748090, citation number 1, item number 1-2-a, and was affirmed as a final order on October 30, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at W247N6908 Conservancy Court, Sussex, WI 53089. Statewide Contracting LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CF 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1753147, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on August 13, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 10364 South Rosemont Lane, Oak Creek, WI 53154.
