29 CFR 1910.151(c): When the eyes or body of any person were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Water Treatment Building: On and /or before 05/14/2024 Suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes were not provided in the immediate work area for emergency use for employees adding  liquid chlorine to the water system. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to eye irritation and/or moderate to severe chemical burns.

29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which was completely enclose that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut.   Maintenance office / Storage:  On or before 05/14/2024 a Bosch 10 inch table saw model GTA47W was not provided with a blade guard that adjust to the thickness of the materials being cut and remain in contact with it. Employees were exposed to amputation related injuries.                                       The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1430593, citation number 02, item number 04 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/25/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 5000 Hwy 146, Paicines, CA 95043.

Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling.  Conference Room / Admin Break Room:  On or before 05/14/2024 one power strips were not being used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. The power strip was being used to power a Sharp microwave.  The National Park Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1430593, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/25/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 5000 Hwy 146, Paicines, CA 95043.
