In the shipping and receiving warehouse, on the storage loft floor above the offices, at 17074 Northwest 188 Street, High Springs, FL: On or about May 31, 2024, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard from the unprotected edge of the loft floor to the lower surface, in that the walking working surface did not have a complete guardrail system, and no fall protection was used.
