29 CFR 1910.305(b)(3)(ii): Boxes were not closed by a suitable cover and securely fastened in place. On June 4, 2024, north side of the chiller room, electrical panel boxes used to energize equipment were not effectively closed daily to prevent moisture intrusion, inadvertent contact or energization of equipment.
