29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On June 4, 2024, and times prior thereto, employees using the dock plate controller with the power cord outer sheathing pulled away from the terminal screws and with no strain relief devices installed.
