29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) Facility: On or about July 1, 2024,  electrical equipment not used as listed and labeled as follows, exposing employees to electrical hazards:  1. Gift Store Manager's Office, where two relocatable power taps were daisy chained and used to supply power to office electronic equipment.  2. Gift Store, where a beige extension cord was daisy chained with a relocatable power tap and used to supply power to decorative display lights, holiday lights, and a spotlight lamp.  3. Loading Dock Workstation, where a beige extension cord was daisy chained with a relocatable power tap and used to supply power to an office computer, monitors, and a radio charging station.  4. Slot Maintenance Office, where a white extension cord was daisy chained with an APC back-up UPS and used to supply power to the HP DesignJet T630 Large Format Wireless Plotter Printer.
