29 CFR 1910.272(j)(2)(ii):The employer did not immediately remove any fugitive grain dust accumulations whenever they exceeded ? inch (.32 cm) at priority housekeeping areas: a) On or about 6/27/2024 and at times prior thereto, workers in the boot pit, a priority area, were exposed to smoke, fire, explosion, and deflagration hazards in that accumulations of grain dust exceeded 1/8 of an inch. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1684135, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/19/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 91589 Bargeway Lane, Wasco Oregon 97065

29 CFR 1917.50(c)(2):Certificates attesting to the required examination of bulk cargo spouts and suckers, together with any portable extensions and rigging or outriggers supporting them vertically, were not made readily available for inspection: a) on or about 6/27/2024 and at times prior thereto, workers on the loading dock to the barge were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the spout had not received an annual examination and certification in over a year.
