29 CFR  1926.150(c)(1)(i): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof:  a) RRC Home Improvement Inc, does not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Gasoline fueled compressor was being used to power pneumatic nail guns.  Extra gasoline was store in 5-gallon plastic containers at the site, on or about 7/3/24.

RRC Home Improvement does not ensure that employees use appropriate  fall protection while engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels. The violation was most recently observed on or about 7/3/2024, at or near 313 Route 46 Lodi New Jersey on the Roof. Employee #1 was installing shingles and was not protected from fall hazards of +/- 20 feet. The employee wore an inadequate personal fall arrest system by not utilizing a lanyard, anchor point, or lifeline .
