29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.  a)	On or about Sept. 24, 2024,  in the Creamery building of the facility, employees were exposed to corrosive materials when a trash can was blocking access to the eye wash station when handling corrosive materials which include Sodium Hydroxide.  b)    On or about Sept. 24, 2024, in the Creamery building of the facility, employees were required to work with corrosive chemicals such as Sodium Hydroxide were not provided with working facilities for drenching or flushing the eyes and body.  c)  On or about Sept. 24, 2024, in the chemical room of the Creamery building of the facility,  employees were exposed to corrosive material when a 55 gallons plastic containers block access to the eye wash/shower station when handling corrosive chemical which include Sodium Hydroxide.
