29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a worksite located at 27900 E. Lake Point Drive, Lake Lotawana, MO 64086, employees were exposed to fall hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to perform roofing work at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection. Instances of exposure include, but are not limited to: 1. Employees working on the western section of the structures roof without fall protection. 2. Employees working on the eastern section of the structures roof without fall protection. Marvin Omar Mejia was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1638327, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/02/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3900 W. 140th, Dr., Leawood, Kansas.
