29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible: Production Floor: On or about October 16, 2024, the guards on Machine 16 Mateer Graphite Filler/Hillman were not affixed to the machine to protect employees from moving parts which resulted in an amputation. This item was corrected during the inspection.
