29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) At or near 750 Rt 10, Whippany NJ: Employees engaged in framing activiites without any means of fall protection were exposed to fall hazard varying from approximately 10 feet to 15 feet, on or about 11/4/24 The New Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1737306, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/20/24, with respect to a workplace located at Building #2 Rising Meadows Development, Bordentown NJ. The New Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1726910, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/17/24, with respect to a workplace located at Building #8 Rising Meadows Development, Bordentown NJ.
