29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 31 Fieldstone Drive, Lumberton NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 20 feet 2 inches to the ground surface below, when installing sheets of OSB onto a residential structure's pitched roof while wearing a full body harness that was not attached to a lanyard that was connected to an anchor. Condition observed on or about 04/08/25. New Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1751348, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/29/24, with respect to a workplace located at 4 Tori Lane, Manalapan NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
