Condition noted on or about 02/05/25.  New Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1786222, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 15, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 750 Route 10, Whippany NJ.  New Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1751348, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 29, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 4 Tori Lane, Manahawkin NJ. The workers had not received fall protection training as specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii). Condition noted on or about 02/05/25.  New Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1726910, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 17, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at Building 8 - Rising Sun Meadows Development, Bordentown NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
