29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)	On or about November 1, 2024, employees performing roofing work were exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 18.6 feet to the ground.  b)	On or about November 1, 2024, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 10 feet while working around unprotected skylights.  Daniel's Roofing & Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1689600, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1307 W Sunnyview Dr, Peoria, IL 61614.  Daniel's Roofing & Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1617847, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 29, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 600 E. Carrington Ln, Appleton Wisconsin 54913.  Daniel's Roofing & Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1612435, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 29, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4509 N. Marshall Heights Ave, Appleton, Wisconsin 54913.  Daniel's Roofing & Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1609852, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 29, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 501 E Apple Creek Rd, Appleton, Wisconsin 54913.
