OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees (a) FCM Room - On or about November 12, 2024, material collected on the top of the heated chamber inside FCM Machine #5 thereby exposing employees to a potential fire hazard. A feasible means of abatement is to prevent material being loaded into FCM Machine #5 from falling on top of or otherwise collecting on the heated chamber inside FCM Machine #5. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
