(a) Chroma Color Corporation, 11 Kari Dr, Lambertville, NJ 08530/Platform floor in front of the drum dumper on L4 - The employer failed to maintain the walking-working surface in the L4 area in front of the drum dumper, exposing employees to trip hazards. Specifically, there was a man-made hole approximately 3 inches by 6 inches, created to allow workers to remove drums from the bottom of the drum dumper using a pole. Condition noted on or about 06/26/2025.

Emergency services were not contacted until 10:36 PM, and EMS arrived at approximately 10:48 PM. This resulted in a 33-minute delay in the injured employee receiving medical care. Condition occurred on or about 06/24/2025.
