Superior Tire & Rubber Corporation, Plant #2-Exit door next to the B-6 area, on or about December 17th 2024, and times prior thereto: The employees exit route/exit access to the B-6 area exit door was obstructed by items including, but not limited to, a metal post cure rack. The exit door was in the Northeast wall of the Plant #2 building.
