29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide employees with the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, including the required list(s) of hazardous chemicals, and safety data sheets required by this section. On or about September 19, 2024, at the workplace located at 19650 W. 201st St., Spring hill, Kansas, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that the employer did not provide the employees with the location and availability of their written hazard communication program including the required list of hazardous chemicals including safety data sheets required by this section. Employees were working with big stretch high performance elastic sealant which is an eye and skin irritant as well as titebond subfloor construction adhesive which is flammable as well as a skin irritant.
