29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   At the residential construction located at 1601-1603 Maci Street, Belton MO 64012: Employees were exposed to, but not limited to, chemicals associated with the framing of a single family home. Employees engaged in the framing work were using chemicals such as fuel, oil, and nail glue,  which can have adverse health effects such as skin and eye irritation as well as possible organ damage.  The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program.
