29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i):The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program: a) 84 Lumber Company on or about February 21, 2025, at the address of 2200 North Main St. Mansfield, OH: The employer did not ensure that employees tasked with duties where occupational exposure to infectious material was reasonably anticipated, were effectively trained in the elements identified in 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii). Employees tasked with these duties without the benefit of the aforementioned training, were exposed to potentially infectious materials during clean up, following a workplace injury.
