29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. Jobsite: 2001 Richmond St, Philadelphia, PA - On or about March 7, 2025, the employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite were performed to identify working conditions which are hazardous to the health or safety of employees during the performance of framing activities, such as, but not limited to: a) Lack of pre-start inspections on aerial lifts prior to each use. b) Scrap lumber with protruding nails maintained in the work area.
