29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) On or about February 28, 2025, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard, while working in row 7B84 of warehouse 7, in-that the employer did not ensure that stacks of cardboard bundles were stacked, blocked, or limited in height to ensure the stacks were stable and secured against collapsing. Additionally, when tiers of stacked cardboard were found to be unstable, means were not implemented to secure the unstable material to prevent sliding and collapse.
