Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a) 2465 Lupton Lane, Lafayette, CO 80026: On or about March 7th, 2025, while in the process of framing a residential building, employees were not protected from a fall of approximately 11 feet. The employer failed to ensure that conventional fall protection such as, but not limited to, ropes and/or a retractable fall protection device, harness lanyard, anchor points (etc.) were used by employees when completing construction activities.
