29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) 13867 Deer Track Ln. Parker, CO 80134: On or about August 14, 2025, the exposing employer, Emerge Construction Corporation, did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards of approximately 11 feet while engaged in residential framing operations on a two-story home. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards. Emerge Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1809588, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a Final Order on July 9, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 2465 Lupton Lane, Lafayette, CO 80026. Emerge Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1789822, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a Final Order on June 12, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 16657 Promenade St. in Broomfield, CO 80023.
