Jobsite between 15- 21 Simmons Street in Providence:  a. On or about 3/27/2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25-feet while performing residential roofing work, without any means of fall protection.  The employer, American Way G & R Construction Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1661497, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/19/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1450 Mineral Spring Avenue in North Providence.

On or about 3/27/2025, the employer did not provide fall protection training to his employees before exposing them to fall hazards of approximately 25-feet above the lower level.   The employer, American Way G & R Construction Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1661497, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 7/19/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1450 Mineral Spring Avenue in North Providence.  The employer, American Way G & R Construction Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1648016, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 7/19/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 405 Broad Street in Central Falls.
