Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: (a) Jobsite: On or about April 1, 2025, employees were working (installing soffit and a ridge cap) on a roof and were not protected from falling to the ground/concrete. The pitch of the roof was 4 in 12 and the ground to eave height was approximately 14 feet.
