OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards in that employees were exposed to caught-in hazards: Bottle Room/Spare Parts: On, or about, March 28, 2025, the inclined bottle feed conveyor that was automatically operated by controls located on the mezzanine, was not provided with a pre-start up alarm to alert employees that the machine was going to start moving. In addition, the emergency stop control provided at the operator's workstation was blocked by bottles waiting to be loaded into hopper.
