29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  Houser Products, LLC doing business as Houser Racing located at 1579 Marion Waldo Road in Marion Ohio;  On or about May 21, 2025 the employer did not ensure employees were protected from caught in and amputation hazards. Employees operating the Jinan Bodor CNC Laser Cutting Machine were exposed to hazards created by the movement process of the X, Y-axis guide rail, in that employees were not protected when entering the machine for reasons such as, but not limited to, collect measurements, change out the laser's lense, pull parts, replace nozzles, and for quality inspection.
