29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1):When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: Houser Products, LLC doing business as Houser Racing, LLC located at 1579 Marion Waldo Road in Marion Ohio; On or about June 6, 2025, the employer did not implement a monitoring program when employees' exposures to noise may equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels. Employees engaged in the fabrication and manufacture of ATV and UTV components were exposed to hazards associated with elevated noise levels in that monitoring was not completed to determine if exposures exceeded an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels.
