Construction by Monroy, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1705129, citation number 02, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on January 10, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 6122 Archwood Road, Independence, OH 44131.   Construction by Monroy, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1482254, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on August, 6, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 7202 New Albany Links Drive New Albany, OH 43054.
