29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: At the job site located at 1519 West 20th St. North, Wichita, Kansas, employees engaged in residential roofing activities using a pneumatic nail gun were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not utilized. Gabriel Parga was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1752968, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-02-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 9001-9003 East Chris St., Bel Aire, KS 67226.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At the job site located at 1519 West 20th St. North, Wichita, Kansas, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet 10 inches from the eave of the roof to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized. Gabriel Parga was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1789260, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12-16-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 5561-5563 North Bressler Drive Park City, KS 67219.
