29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the job site located at 12625/12627 East Casa Bella St. Wichita, Kansas, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that they were not provided access to the Safety Data Sheets for gasoline at the job site. The chemical hazards associated with this chemical include: skin, eye and respiratory irritation, drowsiness and/or dizziness, may cause an allergic skin reaction, is suspected of causing cancer and may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways.. Gabriel Parga was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1753020, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 07-29-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 9001-9003 East Chris St., Bel Aire, KS 67226.
