29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: At the jobsite located at 12625/12627 East Casa Bella St. Wichita, KS 67207, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet 10 inches from the top of the roof to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized. Gabriel Parga was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1789260, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12-16-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 5561-5563 North Bressler Drive, Bel Aire, KS 67226.
