29 CFR  1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 degree F (37.8 degree C), were dispensed into containers without the containers being electrically interconnected:  a.) Corry Rubber Corporation, located at 601 W Main St, Corry, PA 16407, on or about June 25th, 2025, and times prior thereto: Employees dispensed flammable liquids, including but not limited to, acetone from containers into a 55 gallon drum without electrically interconnecting the flammable liquid containers. The containers were not bonded to the 55 gallon drum to provide dissipation of static electricity while dispensing the flammable liquids.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
