29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about September 15, 2025, an employee of Crossroads Roofing & Contracting, LLC, was observed working on the roof of a three-story residential building located at 9063 Marais Temps Clair Street in Saint Charles, Missouri 63301. He was observed working on the edge of the roof with no fall protection. REPEAT: Account #1: Crossroads Roofing & Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1664087 citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order date on 20 September 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2566 Barter St. in Saint Charles, Missouri 63301. Account #2: Crossroads Roofing & Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 1485449 citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order date on 15 September 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2032-30A, Lot G 143, Saint Charles, MO 63301.
