29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): Employee(s) were not kept clear of load(s) suspended, or about to be lifted by sling(s): Kard Welding, Inc. on or about September 18, 2025, at the address of 480 Osterloh Rd. Minster, OH: The employer failed to ensure that crane operators were positioned in a way that was clear of the load during hoisting operations. An employee attempting to "jockey" free a two-leg chain sling from a 1,500 lb. steel plate while positioned between the material and a fixed guardrail was exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards.
