The employer took no additional steps to limit employee exposure while the sprinkler system was out of service.

29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid. a) 255 N. Rehoboth Blvd, Milford, DE 19966: On or about 11/17/2025 and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that an injured employee received prompt and appropriate medical attention following a workplace incident. Specifically, after a fall resulting in injuries requiring medical treatment and subsequent specialist evaluation, the employee was not transported directly to a hospital or infirmary for immediate care. This lack of timely medical response exposed the employee to unnecessary risk of exacerbating the injury.
