29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   a) New single-family residential construction located on lot #58 at 4730 Rosarian Drive, Cumming, GA 30040, Second-level and top plate: On or about 12/01/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that protective eyewear was provided to employees engaged in framing activities while operating pneumatic nail guns.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) New single-family residential construction located on lot #58 at 4730 Rosarian Drive, Cumming, GA 30040, Second-level and top plate: On or about 12/01/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 8-feet, 1-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while engaged in framing activities.  R&D Remodeling Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1672042, citation number 1, item number 1  and was affirmed as a final order on 07/27/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 6625 Bench wood Path, Cumming , GA 30028.
