29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Throughout facility: On or about January 27th, 2026, and at times prior to, the eye wash stations were not maintained as required, in that the eyewash was not activated weekly to flush the system and ensure proper operation. This condition potentially exposed employees to chemical hazards.
