29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a)Graff Roofing, Inc. at 5812 Mapelton Place, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to February 24, 2026, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls while conducting roofing work on flat roof sections of a single-family residential home. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet. Graff Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1771275, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on December 5, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 8404 East Spearfish Court, Sioux Falls, SD 57110.
