29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 47 Sherwood Drive, Lakewood NJ: Company workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 22 feet 9 inches to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roofs while wearing body belts, that were attached to anchors with lanyards, rather than using the required full body harnesses. Condition observed on or about 03/04/26.
