29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation:  a- Building A028, Redline Court, Atco NJ: A worker was exposed to struck by hazards when using a portable, electric circular saw without eye/face protection when cutting OSB & plywood that was being used to sheath a residential structure's pitched roofs.  Condition observed on or about 03/19/26.  Easy Work Contractors Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1863951, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 9, 2026 with respect to a workplace located at 1213 Auburn Terrace, Manalapan NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a- Building A028, Redline Court, Atco NJ: A worker and the company worksite Foreman performing sheathing installation and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 19 feet 5 inches, when working and walking from a residential structure's pitched roofs while wearing full body harnesses that were not attached to anchors with lanyards or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 03/19/26.  Easy Work Contractors Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1848806, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 18, 2026 with respect to a workplace located at 16 John VanZandt Drive, Titusville NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
