29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a- Building A009, Redline Court, Atco NJ: The company worksite Foreman and a worker were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet 1 inch and 9 feet 3 inches, when performing framing related activities at and near unprotected edges, on a residential structure's second floor, without fall protection. Condition observed on or about 03/19/26.  Easy Work Contractors Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1848806, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 18, 2026 with respect to a workplace located at 16 John VanZandt Drive, Titusville NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
