29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Jobsite located at or near 3600 St Davids Road, Newtown Square, Pennsylvania- On or about March 21, 2026, the employer did not ensure employees assembling PGA Partner Village (SS3) were protected by the use of fall protection systems, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet.
