29 CFR 1926.502(b)(2): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, or equivalent intermediate structure members were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking/working surface when there was no wall or parapet wall at least 21 inches (53 cm) high. a. On or about April 28, 2026, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing framing carpentry operations, approximately eleven (11) feet six (6) inches above ground, were not protected by a complete guardrail system, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
