Two employees were moving an electrical panel board, sliding it across the floor. The first employee was holding the panel from the front and the second employee was holding the panel from the back. The floor was slick, and the panel slipped out from under them. The panel struck the first employee on the top of his left foot, right behind the steel toe of his boot. The big toe and second toe on his left foot were amputated.
