An employee was using a skid-steer to clean up debris and dump it into an over-the-road dump truck. The dump truck's bed was partially raised. The employee exited the skid-steer and stood behind the truck. Hot asphalt flowed from the truck bed onto the employee resulting in second and third degree burns to the hands and face. The employee was hospitalized.
