Employees were loading equipment and supplies into a truck that was parked inside of a work zone. A vehicle entered the lane and struck three employees. Two of the employees were hospitalized for a traumatic brain injury, multiple fractures and contusions, pelvic and leg crushing injuries, and brain swelling.
